Kindest and most accommodating experience I’ve had in my recent travels. Jose Angel from reception was incredibly helpful and kind. The room was super nice, all staff were always available to help it was exactly what I needed and even so much more - thank you.
Very beautiful hotel. I can't fault the cleanliness of the room and the toilets. The sitting areas are comfortable. The pool does the job of cooling you down after the heat. I must say, the TV in the room is massive and very smart and modern -not like your usual hotel TV. The walk to town centre can take about 15-20 mins- not bad.
The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from the most central spots of the city and offers a good level of comfort. The interior design is colorful and attractive, and the room size and bed comfort are quite good. The breakfast also had a sufficient variety. I was satisfied with my stay.
