The hotel is about the only better hotel in this city, but I can say that the rooms are warm in winter, enough space for one person, clean and equipped with the necessary things. The breakfast is enough, but for dinner....you can find it in the neighborhood, because you won't find it in the hotel. The only minus is the limited parking space.
In restaurant, the waitress' are very angry. But the food is good. I was afraid to order something because when i call for a waitress they always looked like they hate working and serving. Plus waiting time is too much even just for a coffee. Rooms are nice, hotel's decoration is cool and hotel crew is nice. But mosquito problem is over the top, you can not open any windows just for a fresh air. And if there's a wedding at the day, you can not go to sleep before 05:00 am
The room was full of bed bugs that I found all over my bed. When I informed the reception, there was no reaction. I also tried to inform the Client Service via emails (I sent several), but I did not receive any answer. I work a lot in Romania but I will never stay in this hotel again.
