Hestia Hotel Haapsalu SPA

We got here just before the sunset and enjoyed a nice walk around the property area. Rooms were ok but overall our stay was really good. The SPA was just great: just a note - when there is the what you call "quiet SPA", ensure this is also respected by the people, it was rather noisy when we were there. Breakfast was good too with nice view on the lagoon

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hestia Hotel in Haapsalu. The location is stunning, right on the edge of a small lake on the peninsula, with spectacular views from our suite. The room was spacious and perfect for four people, with a jacuzzi bath, a separate bedroom, and a living area with a fold-out bed. The hotel does feel a little dated—for example, there were no power sockets by the bed and no USB charging options. The staff were friendly, and the spa was nice, with plenty of saunas, a good pool, a mud experience, steam sauna, hot pools, and a cold plunge. If you stay here, definitely take the 2km walk around the lake just outside the hotel—it’s full of beautiful views and swimming spots, and it’s a really special area.

The location is great, near the castle and the promenade and on the shore of the lake, where you can see many birds and enjoy the silence. The room was very basic, but clean and with effective air conditioning. But the shower was small even for a normalsized person and there was no fridge. The spa is nice, but quite small compared to the size of the hotel, so it can be quite crowded, especially during peak season. One of the saunas has a really nice views to the lake. Loved also the bird themed pictures in the rooms and corridors.
