Overall nice hotel, definitely ****. Great breakfast, family room was spacious and comfortable, comfortable to get to SPA area from it. Location is great, easy walk with toddlers to sea. Parking for reasonable price 5€ a day, but not included in to room booking (weird 🤷🏼). Cons of hotel: 1)Price! 2) Overcrowded (you will feel it at breakfast and at SPA), 3) Queues at registration desk, 4) Rooms and halls of hotel need some renovation... Overall if price is good, worth to make reservation.

When hotel is full don’t even consider to stay here. We waited 35 minutes in line till breakfast buffet. SPA is overcrowded, you simply can’t enter sauna or jacuzzi, swimming pool was colder than my ex heart, kids are all over the place. No relax at all. There was around 70 people in line for a check in at 16:00, only one administrator at front desk. I saw it, did 180 and went to the beach. Nevertheless rooms are great, clean, mattress is very comfortable and sea view is beautiful. Personal is kind and helpful. Hotel is great, it’s simply not operating properly on full capacity. Before you book it, call and ask how busy it is.

Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and frustrating. Before our arrival, the administration confirmed via email that a specific gift card would be accepted as payment. We traveled 2 hours with a 1-year-old baby, only to be told at the front desk that the gift card would not be accepted after all. Instead of taking responsibility for their own mistake, the staff told us we had two options: pay the full price (€149!) or leave. The administrator showed zero empathy, simply repeating that we had to pay the full amount. It was a shocking lack of basic hospitality or customer care. In the end, they reluctantly agreed to reduce the price by €29, but that small gesture did not make up for the stress, ruined mood, and spoiled stay. The room and facilities were in no way worth the original price — definitely overpriced and not reflective of the quality or service expected. This experience was nothing close to hospitality. I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere, especially if you value honesty, accountability, and respectful treatment as a guest.
