I had a 20-hour layover and was just looking for an acceptable and affordable place to rest—but this stay turned out to be much better than expected! Check-in and check-out were seamless. You can choose between self-service or staff-assisted check-in; I found the self-serve option very smooth and intuitive, but the staff were also readily available and friendly. The on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise! I had the chicken burger based on the waiter’s recommendation, and it was delicious. I wasn’t in the mood for city exploring and just wanted to relax and there is not much option around for a quick food grabbing, so having a good restaurant with helpful staff really made a difference( a little expensive though). Breakfast was also nice, with a variety of options for different dietary needs. I personally would’ve liked to see a broader bread selection—Germany has such amazing bread!—but overall, it was satisfying. There were water fountains available on each floor, which was very convenient. The room was clean and well-ventilated, with adjustable settings to control the temperature to your liking. One small note: the vending machine on the first floor has a sensor issue—if you pick something up and then put it back, it may still charge you for it. So only touch items if you’re sure you want them. Overall, a very satisfactory stay—especially if you’re looking for a convenient place near the airport with easy public transport access. Public transport from airport with bus: 3.9€ Uber to airport: 15€ Burger with fries and beer ~23€

We were visiting Frankfurt and we were very hungry. I asked about the restaurant it was closed ; opening in an hour and a half …. We asked a young man (we didn’t get his name but he had amazing energy) who worked in the kitchen and he said I will make something very quickly for you . What an angel!!! He made something quickly , inexpensive with kindness, love and care. Thank you, thank you , thank you. May you ALL have much success and happiness forever 🙏🏽🤲🏽

Here's a quick review for your hotel stay: Mixed Feelings About Our Stay Overall, our stay had its ups and downs. While the shuttle driver was very professional and the breakfast service friendly, our check-in experience was less than ideal. The personnel seemed quite short with us, making us feel like an inconvenience. Our room was nice, and we enjoyed the view. However, it was missing a water kettle, which would have been a convenient addition. Also, the snack box didn't offer any vegan options, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the breakfast itself was good.
