Highly recommendable place! We’ve spent three nights in this hidden gem in Bordeaux. Very quiet location in the center next to a charming public square. Beautiful classical mansion totally renovated with luxury details. Our “Terrazzo” room’s style was both warm and classy, super sunny with open curtains yet super quiet at night, with all top-notch amenities provided. Staff was the best! Very kind, professional and helpful. And we enjoyed the amazing heated swimming pool!! We loved our stay in Heym and will definitely come back!
My family and I stayed at Heym for over a week and it was one of the loveliest, most comfortable stays we have ever had. The rooms are beautifully designed and decorated, with an exceptional attention to detail and taste. Everything was clean and very comfortable. They also have an indoor pool and a lovely breakfast each morning. Finally, the service we received from everyone on the team was incredible. They are attentive, responsive, and so kind and made us feel welcome and at home from the very first minute we walked in. This is truly a gem in Bordeaux and I will without a doubt stay there again and recommend them to anyone visiting the city.
Located next to the beautiful Jardin Public, the Heym is a wonderfully refurbished 5 room boutique hotel. Quiet location but located in the center of Bordeaux, within minutes by foot to multiple restaurants and the river. Antoine is always available and goes beyond with an extremely congenial, supportive attitude to make your stay enjoyable. The establishment is extremely clean with an elevator and a nice indoor swimming pool. Beautiful building with a small elevator. The room was spotless and decorated in a simple elegant style. Breakfast is supplied every morning, and Antoine was able to arrange for an earlier than normal meal when our activities required us to depart before usual serving times. Multiple croissants, breads, granola/muesli, jams coffee and teas were available with an attentive staff. Thank you for your hospitality and for the experience.
