HF Ipanema Porto

We stayed at this hotel (Hotel HF Ipanema Porto) for two weeks, the rooms got cleaned every single day, although we didn’t ask for it some days, even the bed sheets were changed too! Only one day the room got cleaned , but they had forgotten to leave some towels and that was absolutely okay, because they brought us some towels very quickly! Other than that I can’t mention anything. The hotel was located in a very good neighborhood, clean, quiet and had a very good access to the downtown, shopping center and important spots of the city! The staff were very nice, respectful and friendly, really helpful! Sometimes we bought some fruit and we asked them several times for some dishes or knives and forks, they provided us very quickly! They were very kind and we are very thankful for their hospitality and everything they did for us and other guests to make our stay memorable! We would always remember them and the beautiful city of Porto and we definitely recommend this hotel to others! Thank you so much! July 19th, 2025

The hotel was more than perfect! So clean, so elegant… you have everything you ask for in your hotel room. The location is perfect, easily accessible to the center. The staff were so friendly. I highly recommend HF Ipanema Porto!

The hotel is a very good standard for a 4 Star. Very modern and spacious design. The service is exceptional and a 5 star standard. The staff are very polite and incredibly helpfull, I was looking to make a day trip to Fatima and with the assistance from Felipe I made the trip. Felipe really went above and beyond expectation to provide me with exceptional information,options, timetables etc for my excursion. Thank you Felipe and all staff for making a solo traveler feel very looked after and welcome. Many thanks! God bless you all.
