So glad I booked this location. Room was so perfect and ultra clean. Have to shout out Samantha for being so incredible to my daughter. This trip was for her turning 18 & graduating HS and she made her feel so special! Made me look like a super dad and was so helpful about our week stay. So welcoming. Polite, knowledgeable and incredibly professional. She represents this hotel wonderfully as well as the east coast that we are friendly people. So grateful!
We had a great experience at the hotel. The staff was always available to solve any kind of problem or request we had. They even gave us a suite for the last 8 days because of some repairs they were doing on our floor. Good to know: An umbrella is available in the closet.
Great hotel ! Good location, good price and clean rooms. Ron at the front desk is an absolute delight and made our expirence so much better. He was super accommodating and so polite. I will be sure to book HGU again when I visit next.
