We stayed in a spacious and beautiful room in a quiet and beautiful location, a few minutes' walk from the historical sites of Istanbul, and we were very pleased. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back here next time.
It's a simple hotel, very well located. It offers a good value for money. As a budget hotel, you can't expect 5-star service or facilities but everything was clean and the breakfast didn't leave us hungry! I really appreciate the kindness of the staff, particularly Erdogan, who was kind enough to upgrade my room at no extra cost, which made my stay and my daughter even more enjoyable. It's a very pleasant and practical hotel for a few days of sightseeing.
WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE. We checked in and were brought to our room which looked nothing like the advertised pictures. The room itself was disgusting and filled with flies and mosquitoes. The carpet was filthy and stained and covered with hair. It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a year. The bathroom was tiny and also very dirty. We assumed that this hotel was safe because it had 4 stars but please do not make the same mistake that we did. Spend a little more and either stay somewhere else or get an Airbnb. Booking this hotel will ruin your trip to Istanbul! We are working on getting a refund but the hotel is not responding to any of our messages or any messages from booking.com.
