I visited the restaurant at Hibiscus Select Hotels today and had a pleasant experience. The place was clean and well-maintained, with a calm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was courteous, and the service was smooth and timely. The food was well-prepared and tasted good. However, I found the pricing slightly on the higher side. I would recommend the management to review the pricing to make it more affordable and appealing for a wider group of guests. Overall, it’s a nice place to dine, and with a bit of price adjustment, it could attract even more visitors.
This hotel is extremely bad and a complete waste of money. The rooms are dirty, bedsheets had oil stains and were never changed. There is no housekeeping — you can keep calling, but no one comes. They don’t provide basic things like plates, and even drinking water is charged. The lobby area is not clean at all, and there are mosquitoes everywhere. The staff are rude, don’t listen to guests, and the reception is completely unhelpful. There's no sense of cleanliness, service, or hospitality. I’m extremely disappointed and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
