Hidden Treasure Set Within a 1900's Pumping Station

Apex is a fantastic hotel! It's super clean and high end. The rooms were lovely and fresh. The rubber duck was a lovely touch and I look forward to giving him a nice new home 😆 Highly recommend for all. The front of house/reception staff were so helpful and extremely friendly.

I had a fantastic stay at the Apex City of London Hotel! The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very well-appointed, with incredibly comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Tower of London and other central sights, which made getting around super convenient. What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff — everyone I interacted with went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which made it a great place to unwind after a busy day in the city. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being so centrally located. The bathroom was sleek and spotless, with a fantastic rain shower. The in-room touches like a Nespresso machine, plush robes, and high-quality toiletries made the stay feel luxurious.
