From the moment I set foot at Hide Out Suites, I was completely captivated. The service was nothing short of exceptional, from the seamless check-in to the heartfelt farewell at checkout. The meticulous attention to cleanliness was genuinely impressive; every room sparkled, and the entire property was maintained with unwavering dedication. Without a doubt, this is among the most pristine and impeccably cared-for places I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying. A heartfelt thank you to Mimoza and Eva for their extraordinary hospitality and meticulous attention to detail. Each morning, the in-room breakfast delivery was a highlight. It was delicious, artfully presented, and the perfect way to start the day. A special mention must go to Marcello, who wears the hats of both butler and bartender at the breathtaking pool. His infectious energy, professionalism, and warmth infused every moment with a sense of luxury and fun, making our stay truly memorable. If you’re seeking world-class hospitality, immaculate surroundings, and a serene, relaxing atmosphere, Hide Out Suites is the ultimate destination in Ios. I can’t recommend it highly enough. This is a place where unforgettable memories are made.

We absolutely loved this stay! Looking forward to returning. My only critique is nowhere on their website or menus does it say a room service charge is applied which is €5 with each order. And then when they present you with the slip to sign, they fold it in a way that you don’t see the service charge so you tip additionally on top of that. Very shady in my opinion and as far as I know, if the charge isn’t posted, I didn’t think they were allowed to charge it. Secondly, we asked for a spoon. Called twice over the course of an hour before we went to reception to get it ourselves. So after a €12 tip you’d think the service would be a bit better. One thing they DO advertise is 10% off for room service BUT you have to ask for it and they have to confirm with the manager. Please don’t make me ask for discounts YOU advertise. Overall made me feel grimy and is the reason for the 4* review and 3* service review. Measly €15 and the way you went about getting it. Also the €16 charge per person for a transfer is crazy after what the cost to book already was. Plus €50 for an average breakfast spread when there’s tons of amazing breakfast places in walking distance. Otherwise, the stay was amazing. I could move in and live forever.
