What a fantastic stay! First thing, the staff were impeccable. Nice to experience lots of different languages and cultures and English (when needed) was very well spoken. Requests were met when possible and they were remembered. Nothing was too much trouble and staff were so friendly, passionate and offered a great service. I must mention some staff members: Anna on Check-In was great. Goong, Nut, Vanessa, Joko and Tuan in the restaurant and bar were a pleasure to be around and their service and care was amazing! The food at dinner was fresh, delicious presented beautifully and the breakfast menu was one of the best we’ve ever had. Nice additions to the buffet each day. Great chefs! The room (212) was amazing with great views with great views of the forest and mountain. The housekeeping were friendly had great attention to detail. For a hotel of 5 years, it’s in great shape too. For the room, a towel rail is much needed and the side shelves in the dressing area are very dark so a light strip would work here. The TV was quite easy to work but English labelling of TV remote would be nice but it wasn’t too much trouble. Also, we did need to check our bill once after dinner but that was sorted once noticed. The hotel was nice and quiet when we stayed and I’m glad we stayed here, especially after visiting a neighbouring hotel lobby.
I had a truly exceptional experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Niseko. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was impressed by the elegant and thoughtfully curated décor—sophisticated yet warm, with every detail reflecting top-tier design and luxury. But what really set this stay apart was the service. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely polite, courteous, and attentive. They made me feel not just welcomed, but truly cared for. A special mention goes to the manager of the restaurant, who not only remembered the drink I had ordered a few days earlier but offered it to me the moment I sat down—without me saying a word. That kind of attention to detail and personal touch made my experience feel incredibly special. The Ritz-Carlton, Niseko exceeded my expectations in every way. I can’t wait to return.
Nestled in the heart of a snowy paradise, Ritz-Carlton Hokkaido offers a stunning escape with breathtaking mountain views — perfect for ski lovers and winter dreamers ❄️🎿. The rooms are modern, spacious, and designed with warmth and elegance, featuring incredible views of Mt. Yotei from your window 🏔️. While the check-in experience wasn’t ideal — service was a bit slow and underwhelming for the brand — the stay was redeemed by the comfort of the accommodations and the peaceful atmosphere. In-room amenities, onsen-style bathrooms, and a cozy lounge area create the perfect environment to unwind after a day on the slopes. This hotel is especially ideal for guests looking for a luxurious base near the ski resorts. Whether you’re sipping a cocktail by the window or soaking in the bath with snow-covered scenery, Ritz-Carlton Hokkaido offers a serene and photogenic experience 🌨️🛁🍸.
