High Park am Potsdamer Platz

Amazing apartment and very clean! Location is right next to a subway. Only thing to note is that there is no AC, the staff is really nice and got us fans.

High Park at Potsdamer Platz was a lovely apartment, we were able to leave our bags in a secure area as we arrived prior to check in. The staff at reception were friendly and informative. High Park has a metro / train right next to it so it is super easy to get around but is also in walking distance of Berlin Wall and the Berlin Mall. Our apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and modern. The shower had good pressure and there was an ideal cooking space and chill out space. Would recommend!

My first complaint is that one male hotel staff treated me with a lot of suspicion and acted like I was an intruder while I was going up to my hotel room late at night. He demanded to see my hotel card. Would he have done that if I was white? Doubtful. He could not believe an Indian woman could afford to stay at this hotel perhaps. Unpleasant encounter. The room itself is extremely clean and neat. The washing machine's dryer function does not work, sadly. That's my second complaint. Otherwise, the location is very quiet and close to the U bahn and bus stops. Safe neighborhood and walking distance from 2-3 art museums. Just that the hotel needs to sensitise their staff to prevent racial profiling in the future.
