Highest View

We stayed one night at Highest View. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The views from our room were stunning. Room, bedding, bathroom were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!

We stayed for 4 nights and made the upgrade to the new family room on the top floor. It was really worth it... The room is very spacious and clean, has an excellent bathroom and a magnificent view over the Kandy lake and the temple of the sacred tooth. The breakfast room is on the same floor and has the same view. Both, Sri Lankan and Western breakfast were very tasty. The service is also very good, they even made a special dhal without chilli along with the string hoppers for our son!!

The accommodation is in a nice hillside location, and you can walk to Kandy very quickly. Our room was on the ground floor and quite spacious. Unfortunately, the bathroom was dirty and a bit shabby, and the rest of the room wasn’t very cozy and had a musty smell. The faucet was broken, and everything was quite outdated. Breakfast was okay. On the positive side, the staff was extremely friendly. The other rooms seemed way better so try to avoid the ground floor room.
