I highly recommend this hotel. We found the service to be absolutely fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were always very helpful, polite and welcoming. The location was hard to beat, right in the centre of town and a short walk to everything you need and the beautiful harbour. The rooms and facilities were excellent and I would certainly return next time I'm in Gladstone. Thank you to the team!

We arrived after a long trip and we were greeted with exceptional service from Nina. She called to ensure everything was well and if we needed anything ! That just never happens anymore ! So 10/10 Rooms were large, clean and well equipped, we enjoyed room service to the room with no fuss attitude! Wonderful place to stay !

My experience at the hotel was enjoyable. Service from the staff was very welcoming. Checking in and out was very easy. They let us check in hour early. Hearing we were celebrating an anniversary they upgraded our room. The room was clean and cosy, equipped with all the essentials needed for our stay. The view from the balcony was Beautiful. Unfortunately at time of stay the wind made it difficult to stay outside. The bed was large and very comfortable. Very hot water and with the option of 2 shower heads.
