It’s a really good hotel with fantastic facilities. Service is good but felt underwhelming at times. Pools are great but the best one next to the med restaurant has no shaded area’s. So it’s full on sun all day every day. Spa costs extra, gym is by far the best gym facility in a hotel i’ve ever had. Infinity pool on the rooftop is cool but the beds next to it also cost extra. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very modern and well maintained, however we felt that some of it was form over function; for example we were disappointed to find no parasols available at the main pool, so the only option is to sit in full sunshine, with very little shade available - this was explained away as a design feature. Then Bali Beds at the main pool are large flat mattresses, if you wanted to sit up and read, you couldn't. Lastly we found that the hotel had very little to no atmosphere, there was no buzz to the place; sterile even. We stayed on a Monday night in August and around 8pm asked a member of staff if there was bar with some life, some ambiance, it was suggested we visit the Rooftop Bar, which was sadly dead and lifeless. The room we were upgraded to was large and well maintained, but again it lacked any character. Overall this hotel wasn't for us, but clearly some do like it and had a different experience to us.

The hotel is visually stunning. It is modern, elegant, and filled with beautiful art throughout. You can tell a lot of thought went into making it feel special, and the rooms are stylish and comfortable. That said, there were several disappointments: Most disappointing was the infinity pool, heavily promoted across the website and booking platforms, but only accessible for an extra 200 euros per use—a fact only revealed at check-in. This is not just misleading, it is FALSE ADVERTISING, and arguably illegal. Guests should not be lured in with features they cannot access without hidden charges. The room design also lacks practicality. The toilet and shower are completely transparent, offering no privacy. Just because you are traveling with someone does not mean you want that level of exposure. In our room (406) the toilet door did not close properly, the shower leaked into the room, and the air conditioning was not working properly. On top of that, the television was very small and noticeably outdated, which felt inconsistent with the hotel’s otherwise modern design. We were also surprised to find miniature single-use toiletries in the bathroom, which feels out of step with today’s sustainability expectations. On the positive side, we enjoyed meals at two of the hotel’s restaurants and found the overall service to be very good. With more honesty about what is included and some practical updates to the rooms, this could be an exceptional place to stay.
