Amazing! Clean and tidy apartments at an affordable price, high security, and the most important and best thing is that they have two balconies and a direct view of the fountain and Dubai Mall. I booked them through Booking through a company, and I was served by a very helpful man named Manawer. Don't hesitate, they are truly amazing.

Our stay was so bad, we decided to change our flights and leave Dubai early. - the toilet was still dirty from prior guests, the sofa had white stains on them, the diningchairs were dirty - we had a 24 hour construction in front of the apartment, nothing was mentioned beforehand. Thanks for that surprise! - the construction had a constant beep all night long. Even with earplugs u can here it - WiFi did not work - The door lock was loose, we were locked in for 10 hours until cleaning people rescued us past checkout time. We contacted silkhouse several times, they did not help. In case of a fire we would have been stuck on the 21st floor. I wish I could say something nice about our stay but after not sleeping for 2,5 days I cannot find a single good thing.

The location is just nice, but the interaction with the staff is very tiring and it is very difficult to park. We have to call the reception every time so they can open the gate and investigate until they open. When we first arrived, they told me that your name is not registered in the system. When I called them and made them confirm that my name was registered with them, I don’t know whether they go for one person or sit down, and their system is not trained in it. I must be the one searching to confirm a reservation!!
