I stayed at Hiive during a business trip and was very impressed. The location is convenient, the room was quiet and well-equipped with a comfortable work desk and fast Wi-Fi. Staff were professional and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth. The meeting facilities and business center were also excellent. Highly recommended for business travelers.

Good hotel service and location although this is quite new hotel in VSHIP 2 New City. Quick check in and check out, you will feel like staying at home. Highly recommend!

I've stayed here a few times and my main reasons for coming back are that it's clean, the breakfast is decent, and the staff is great (plus, it's convenient to where I need to work). I I do have two major problems with it through: 1) the thermostats in the rooms don't go below 20C, which, depending on where you're from, may not be comfortable for sleeping. It's made worse by the fact that when you leave your room, the AC turns off (along with the mini fridge), so when you get back from a long day of work, it'll be pretty warm and stuffy in your room, and take several hours to cool down. 2) A lot of noise travels between the hallways and rooms, so it can be hard to sleep if you have a loud neighbor. You can easily hear TVs through the walls.
