Had my eye on Hill Farm for a couple of years and did not disappoint. The location is bucolic and stunning. The Inn room and facilities top notch. The staff just lovely. The Inn resident cats and alpacas friendly and cute. The food at the on property restaurant was absolutely delicious. Will be back!
We planned a getaway to celebrate the end of the school year with our son (7) and it was everything we needed and more. The staff was so welcoming and lovely, the rooms were incredible and so well appointed, and it may be our favorite breakfast we have ever had! The grounds were stunning and the resident cats made my kiddo so happy when they cuddled him. We plan to be back very soon!
Rooms were fine but we had to ask for more than a single roll of toilet paper, they didn't help us up the stairs with our bags, and the final straw was the General Manger herself walked in without knocking on the door to check on the AC that broke during our stay. Strangely, we already reported the AC as fixed the day before- it was the only issue they handled properly so we don't know what she was doing walking in our room right at dinnertime. We should have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, this place doesn't make the cut as a Select Registry stay.
