Nice inexpensive hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Quite outdated and undermaintained. Needs renovation. But was good enough for a good night sleep, and the receptionists were very kind and helpful.
We found this hotel to be perfect for our short stay. The location is amazing and safe. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The front desk team was always there day and night; they were all very polite and courteous. Ahmed from the front desk was really helpful by guiding us and giving us many suggestions to make our trip and experience unforgettable! The only hiccup was finding good parking every night. Everything else was fairly priced.
The location of the hotel was perfect. Some of the staff were tremendously helpful. The room was large and spacious. There were a couple of minor problems, but we were very happy that the hotel management approached the issue with sensitivity. When we go to Jerusalem again, we would like to stay there. With love...
