I particularly appreciated the neatly arranged towels on the heated rack and the reliable supply of hot and cold water — these small details made a big difference to the overall comfort. The staff were exceptional — always polite, responsive, and ready to assist with any queries. Their hospitality created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety and was a lovely way to start the day, while the hotel’s dinner service was a pleasant surprise — the meals were delicious and exceeded expectations. Though the hotel is about 4 km from the busy city center, getting around was easy and affordable with Bolt cabs, which usually cost just 3 to 4 manat. The service quality at Hillmond Hotel was top-notch, easily matching the standards of any well-rated resort. Overall, Hillmond Hotel provided a peaceful, comfortable, and thoroughly enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing base while visiting Baku.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hillmond Hotel, especially given that I was looking for an affordable option without sacrificing comfort. The hotel offers excellent value for the price—it’s a quiet, peaceful place that feels like a hidden gem for travelers on a budget. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. A big thank you to Javid, who was exceptionally helpful and considerate throughout my time there. The only aspect my friend and I hoped for improvement on was the breakfast. While it’s quite limited in options, the quality of the food is good, and given the value of the hotel overall, it’s not a deal-breaker. Hopefully, they’ll consider expanding the breakfast choices in the future. All in all, if you're looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly place to stay in Baku, Hillmond Hotel is a great option!
