"Unexpected Delight! ✈️" We had to unexpectedly stay at the Hillpark Hotel due to a flight change with Kenya Airways. To our surprise, they covered the cost! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional hospitality. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, and the hotel itself was lovely. We were incredibly grateful for the comfortable and enjoyable stay during this unexpected situation. The staff were extremely accommodating and kind.
We had a really good stay at this hotel recently. Great pool and spa, comfortable room and good location. The reason I give it one star is due to the actions of the girl who sits at the desk in the reception where tours are booked. I booked two taxis through her, her first name begins with B , but when I gave her the money for the taxi which she insisted I do, she pocketed the tip which I saw. I can only assume that she also pocketed the taxi money I paid her prior to the ride but have no evidence of this. She also quoted 80 dollars for a safari trip which was 40 dollars on line. It was extremely disappointing and left a bad impression on me despite other, excellent staff members. I can only hope she is disciplined. I would stay again but would have nothing to do with the tours desk if she was still there.
