DO NOT STAY HERE This place is beyond disappointing. There is no one at the reception, you get into your room by a code which is fine but if you have any issues there is no one to help you. They take almost a full day to respond to any emails. If you arrive between 14 and 18 you can’t get into the parking garage because you need register your car at the restaurant that doesn’t open until 18. Breakfast is a scam. 20chf for a sausage, cold cuts and a coffee. The sauna that they advertise on their website? It doesn’t exist. Neither does the room service. There is no hot water for showers and the shower head is so caked in minerals that the water sprays everywhere. I would rather stay further from the lifts than stay here. Take your money elsewhere.
AVOID AVOID AVOID This place was beyond disgraceful. No heating, no hot water, and no staff to fix it on a -10°C snowy night. I was left freezing in my room, while guests next door had hot showers. Woke up sick because of their negligence. Not having basic necessities like heat and hot water is completely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like you don’t matter. I demanded a refund but of course they disappeared in the needing moment.
