Great place but for a 4 star property services are limited

A nice hotel with very friendly staff. We were here for 2 weeks since we had a training nearby. The bed is big and comfy, though not long enough for me (2m). Since I slept alone, I made it work. Bathroom was great! Big and luxurious. Just a nice room in general, with mini fridge and a spacious closet with hangers and safe. Breakfast was ok but not enough variety for 2 weeks. Little disappointed there were no rolls or buns, just plain bread. Pool was nice, though had a lot of bugs in it. Everything else is very clean though! All in all good value for money! Our first room had mold on the. Ceiling and in the bathroom. They sent us to the building over which was freshly painted (as you could still smell the paint). I wonder if they renovated it properly or are just painting over the mold.. Hopefully they are doing it properly though. Bug rooms, and unnecessarily huge closets. Great shower. One of the comfier beds we've slept on in the past 2 weeks. A/c unit available in the room. 1 of 2 pools open and nicely heated. Breakfast was rather unsatisfying. I would have rather not ate. But the staff was kind. The place has potential if they keep working on it.
