I stayed here only for two days....I liked it so much that I would choose this hotel in my next trip.... 1. You can see a very beautiful swimming pool on the rooftop here. 2. The restaurant and service here are very good. 3. The staff here is very nice and caring. 4. You will get the best food at the restaurants here. 5. Here you will get 24hrs front office service. 6. The rooms here are very nice. Mostly you can see the complementary breakfast was fulfilled and surrounded with more things with a proper buffett.....

The staff here are passionate and they resolve your concerns/issues immediately. Couple of great things: 1. On 5th June evening I saw the girl from front desk clean the sofas immediately when she noticed some dirt on it without waiting for housekeeping. It really showed how much she respects her hotel & care about the guest experience. 2. Also when I raised a concern about something, the manager talk to me in person and explained the situation which is an amazing gesture. 3. The staff at pool was very friendly. 4. They gave me wake up call at 2:30 AM even though they don’t have 24 hour front desk. 5. Don’t miss the sunset from the swimming pool. Areas to improve: 1. They should keep the roof top accessible all the time (at least till night)

my visit was far from satisfactory due to several issues concerning service quality and hospitality standards. Firstly, despite being charged individually for buffet food, the treatment from the staff was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The behavior shown towards guests was unacceptable and fell far below the basic expectations of courtesy and hospitality. Moreover, the overall experience at your hotel has severely broken the trust that tourists, like myself, place in your establishment. Such treatment not only reflects poorly on your hotel but also tarnishes the reputation of the area as a welcoming tourist destination. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these concerns promptly to ensure that future guests do not endure a similar experience. I request a formal response regarding the actions you plan to take to improve your service quality.
