I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay. The bellboys were courteous and efficient, making arrival and departure smooth and pleasant. At reception, the staff were exceptionally sweet, helpful, and supportive—especially one team member (Front Desk) who stood out with her kindness and professionalism. The speed of service throughout the hotel was impressive and added to the overall comfort of my stay. One small point to highlight: breakfast was served in a different location each day, which was a bit inconvenient and affected the consistency of the experience. A more stable arrangement would enhance guest satisfaction. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service and lovely staff. Thank you!

From check in until receiving the room key was great, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Only tow recommends: more than 6 days we book to make the family rooms near each other but did not happen and for the activity ticket it better to send it to the email after checking which will not need long time waiting to receive it. Thank you and for sure will come back again

I like the breakfast and the pool cafeteria person, the reception really speedy. The room is not really big, but have soft bed, nice for family who have baby. Who let me not feel comfortable is the staff lady in breakfast reception. She is mad. I say we have two person, She rudely responded to me that there was no place for two people.
