Hilton Anaheim

Best Hilton ever! Very nice rooms and a big, clean hotel right across from the convention center. The service was awesome - everyone was so friendly. Our bellhop, named John, was phenomenal - he was super friendly and made the work look laughably easy (he was pulling the Bell Cart with one hand!). In the lobby, there was a waiter named Manny who was also fantastic. Very kind and hardworking; always positive and wearing a big smile. The hotel itself was really great. The food court in the lobby was an amazing resource, and we had tons of food trucks right outside for the Convention Center. Gym was very nice. Only problem was the layout was quite confusing and easy to get lost.

We stayed in a 2 Queen bed suite that also had a pullout sofabed, sleeps 6 comfortably. Great view from the higher floors, we were able to watch the Disneyland fireworks from our room with floor to ceiling windows, it was beautiful. Only complaint was the wet bar area didn’t have any supplies other than coffee maker. There was a sink but no dishes or soap. Also the bathroom was really small. On our last day the elevator to the parking structure was out of service so it was a nightmare going up and down all those stairs with our luggage.

We checked in July 26th 2025 from the moment we checked in. It was a disaster. We got to the desk. They claimed they were going to Upgrade Us to a Disney view. We was supposed to have a balcony all we Saw was rooftops, that was our view. We were then told actually we saw that the outdoor pool was being renovated. Nobody said anything to us, then we asked for our Balcony room back, they said well, we can give that to you, but there's no furniture on the balcony to sit. We also pick this hotel because there was a laundry room. We had just gotten off a week cruise and needed to do laundry. We then were told the laundry Mat. Is not working either. Then, 2 days in we get a letter stating, we would not have water from. 1030. At night till 6 o'clock in the made a mistake. It was the wrong day so the day we didn't have water. We never got the water back. Because they claim they fixed it. Then they had a pipe burst. We could not shower. We could not flush the toilet bowl all We kept hearing it was all on the website. Then my husband proceeded to ask them. Show me on the website and it was not there. The people. Were rude condescending and I will never go to that hotel again.We actually went across the street to the Marriott.I highly recommend the Marriott.Do not go to this hotel.
