I'm not familiar with the Dallas area, so I can't say a lot about the location, seemed easy enough to get to. The hotel is huge, prepare to walk. The rooms are nice and spacious, my accessible bathroom was what I needed but not much counter space for my items, ended up putting some things on the back of the toilet. The conference rooms are very nice. I love the food options as well as the store and vending machine for things forgotten. Haven't been to the pools yet but all areas of the hotel are clean and well lit and lovely. Every single staff member has been very helpful and kind. Would love to come back.

This hotel is impressively large, spread across several buildings—which isn’t a bad thing at all. The size actually adds to the experience, offering a wide range of facilities and plenty of space. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The outdoor areas are beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxing walks or just enjoying the view. One of the standout features is the large water park—kids absolutely love it and can spend hours there. There are also several shops on-site and even an indoor golf course, which adds a nice touch of variety for guests who want to stay active or entertained without leaving the hotel. However, be warned: when the hotel is hosting a convention or trade fair, it gets extremely crowded. During those times, the atmosphere changes completely—it can be noisy, chaotic, and hard to find a quiet corner. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, it’s best to avoid those dates. Overall, a great place for families and travelers who enjoy variety and convenience—but check the event schedule before you book!

Overall, the stay was good. I'd recommend increasing staff for conferences, especially at the Starbucks counter - was staffed more for off-season, not summer or a conference. The front desk was also lacking in staff and slow. Valet parked my car against a sprinkler, so my freshly detailed car was covered in hard water spots. Pool food counter also understaffed and not communicative about orders, just ignored you. Nice hotel. Don't get me wrong. The steakhouse has exceptional food and service. The breakfast buffet at Media was great. Just under staffing in some key areas put a damper on the overall experience.
