Hilton Antwerp Old Town

I had an early misunderstanding with them regarding my reservation, and they were reasonable to work it out. They included diamond benefits for both rooms I rented. My 16 year old grand thanks them for the wine. (Be aware if your grand isn’t as responsible) The buffet was great. Exec lounge was OK. The restaurant and bar patio were a great people watching place with great service. It wasn’t crowded outside and they allowed me to enjoy a cigar on the patio.

Very lovely hotel. Great location. Best breakfast of any Hilton I've ever been to, and I've been to many, as a Diamond member. Good hospitality and customer service. The executive lounge has a good range of drinks and snacks all day, and the evening reception was enough it spared us having to buy dinner both nights we were there. Clean and if you've not been to Antwerp, it's a hidden gem. Easy train access to Brussels and Brussels airport.

Very poor housekeeping service. Don’t clean the rooms even after multiple requests. And even if they do they put dirty bed covers back on the bed don’t even change.when I came back after an outing the room was not cleaned. I called and requested no one came. I went back twice and asked for the same but nothing. I went out again to see the dirty room again and since it was night nothing could be done I had to sleep in the dirty room. Avoid staying here. No luggage assistance. Ac’s don’t work. very old kind of bathrooms with ancient bath fittings. Very shabby and dirty looking suits also.
