I really liked this hotel. The staff was great at the front desk...very warm and welcoming. I don't remember the bartender's name, but she was great...wonderful personality and very attentive. I would have given five stars, but the room was seriously lacking in lighting. There was a desk lamp and a stand up lamp on one side of the room which didn't give off much light. With that said, I would stay here again the next time I'm in Atlanta.

Great location with good access to the shuttle service starting at 430 am every half hour. We had some concerns with our ac but they tried their best to get us taken care of and offered fans to keep us cool. They also comped our breakfast for the inconvenience. Breakfast was above par continental buffet style. A bit pricey over all considering but for convenience sake it is good for airport proximity.

My overall experience was deeply disappointing. If I had to describe it in one word, it would be just that—disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I felt mistreated, particularly by the front office staff. The front desk manager and team were noticeably rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, which unfortunately set a negative tone for the rest of my stay. One morning, I asked a waitress at the breakfast buffet where I could get a cup of coffee. Her response was, “You can get it here, but for $22—we don’t serve coffee for free.” I found this response unnecessarily harsh and disrespectful. There was no reason for such a tone over a simple and polite question. In addition, I waited nearly 15 minutes at the lobby bar before anyone acknowledged me, and another 10 minutes before I was given a menu, which only added to the overall feeling of neglect. The guest rooms were also underwhelming. They felt musty and outdated, the air conditioning was weak and inconsistent, and the carpet was noticeably stained, which made the space feel unclean and poorly maintained. On a positive note, the location was ideal for my needs—very central and convenient for everything I had planned during my trip. I would also like to commend the woman working at the coffee shop across from the lobby bar. She was consistently cheerful, kind, and welcoming. I regret not catching her name, but her attitude truly stood out. The hotel would greatly benefit from having more staff members like her.
