I had an amazing check-in experience thanks to Jason. He was warm, professional, and made me feel truly welcome. The check-in was smooth, quick, and tailored to my needs. His kindness and attention to detail stood out. He is a true asset to the hotel and made a great first impression.
The front desk staff were very courteous, professional and friendly. They were ready to assist each time they were greeted. Because we had to return an additional night after our flight was canceled, Laís was very accommodating when assisting us for our additional night stay. Kudos to the staff. Much appreciation.
The rooms, location and service are what i expect from a Hilton. But, there are some issues you are taking advantage of that need to be addressed. My son and I ordered room service and got (2) 8" pizzas and (2) cokes. $66.73 for that! Included in that price was a double digit "service charge"...I get that i am paying extra for 2 things: #1...Hilton Name #2...Convenience But for #1, Give me Hilton quality. And as for #2, if you are charging that much, its just taking advantage of MY inconvenience, and that shouldn't be the Hilton way. Breakfast buffet was $86.75 for myself and my son. Please I ask you to get somebody external to Hilton and have that buffet and try to justify it being a $33 a person breakfast! Eggs, with zero flavor, and basic choices. Again, nothing special. I have had this same buffet at many hotels for free, just for staying. Parking...$40 a night. Why? Again, please justify this. I've always enjoyed the Hilton experience. But this is pushing me to seek other arrangements when traveling. Please rethink what it is to be a service first entity.
