Hilton Atlanta Northeast

We booked 2 nights at this hotel as a bundle when visiting the Georgia aquarium. The check in was easy and they paid attention to my additional requests. There was plenty of parking. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel seemed to get pretty busy and our room was still comfortably quiet (we did bring our sound machine for night time though). Blackout curtains were great. We used the pool and it was clean with plenty of towels. Our bed was made up and refreshed after the first day. We didn’t visit the restaurant but we had complimentary coffee. Our son locked one of my shoes in the safe and they helped us very quickly. Check out process was easy. If we are back in the area we would definitely visit again. If you have children, then visit the playground at Peachtree corners.. it’s amazing!

We had a good experience overall. The hotel is in a convenient location. It was clean and peaceful furing our visit despite the fact that there were two events going on during our stay. However, the service at the front desk Saturday morning was a bit slow as there was no one around to assist a few of us guests for several minutes. Again, it was a good experience overall, and we would go back again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The sheets and towels were clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and location-wise, there were plenty of things to do without going into the city. The only thing is that I booked the executive floor, which gives access to the executive lounge, but it was closed during my entire stay. I did not receive a refund or notice that it would be closed. That's where I dock points for my stay. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.
