The staff in all level of services are very welcoming and friendly, especially the executive lounge host name Mary, she is very resourceful and attentive. The executive lounge is nice, but lack of food selections compared to other Hilton executive lounges. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great, many selections to choose from. I’ll definitely coming back and recommend friends and colleagues to this hotel.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The service was top-notch, and the entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and inviting. What truly made the difference were the people—especially Sona and Mary. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to find such dedicated individuals who genuinely care about guests. Great experience! Everyone was very nice and professional; from the reception desk, the morning breakfast staff, along with the cleaning staff. My room was perfectly cleaned every day, and they always ensured I had everything I needed. The food at breakfast always tasted great and was plentiful. Thank you very much!
