Hilton Bali Resort

A fantastic place with incredibly friendly staff, good locations and well appointed rooms. The ongoing construction from next door is a bit much, but the staff was very accommodating and moved us to a villa farther away from the noise. The updated lounge is quiet, big and has a good selection of snacks and drinks. The pool area can get busy and loud, but it's ideal for families with children and never too overwhelming. The staff is by far what makes this place an excellent choice for a vacation.

A beautiful resort with staff who go the extra mile to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. Breakfast was unbelievably outstanding with so many different stations offering cuisines of the world! The resort also boasts many other dining options which, my husband and I could not fault, after trying each of them! We did not eat a thing that was not delicious! Lovely indoor and outdoor areas, there were celebrations most days we stayed… weddings, birthdays etc. So festive, and obviously popular! The sea facing room that we stayed in was large, luxurious with daily, flexible cleaning. Krisna, who was allocated to our wing during our stay, did an amazing job of keeping our room spotless! Ensuring we had enough water, towels etc! If there something to recommend it would be to include a scale to monitor your weight after all the delicious food☺️ The many swimming pools with swim up to, bar, volley ball, beach area and pool basket ball were enjoyed by both adults and children! The beach, was lovely, but also not for those who are not strong swimmers due to strong currents. Future plans should include a more user friendly tidal pool with lounges and umbrellas etc to enjoy the sea more. The location was not ideal for sightseeing as everything is a distance away and the Bali traffic during the summer is not enjoyable! Definitely the place to go to chill and relax!

It was our first time visiting Hilton Bali Resort and the experience was not pleasant. The room was condition was rather run down as seen in the photos. Although some of the issue we highlighted were fixed in a span of a few hours. But to let guest do this kind of reporting instead of doing a proper upkeep of the hotel is unacceptable. It ruins the experience, especially for a 5 star hotel. People have higher expectation & do compare with hotel on similar price range. We dine at one of the restaurant that serve pizza near the beach. Can’t recall the name. Pizza was just served and we haven’t even took a bite & we were asked how was the pizza. 😅 A case of just following the SOP? or just a phrase they asked to engage with the guest? but it shows that they do not genuinely care about the guest. The breakfast spread was impressive & the view of the hotel is great. The pools are big & fun for kids. But for a couple traveller, we appreciate a nice room and service and this place doesn’t tick our box. We will not be returning.
