⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Reception Kim! I had an exceptional experience during my stay at the BWI Hilton, thanks in large part to the amazing receptionist Kim. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and supported. Her professionalism, warmth, and consideration truly stood out. She handled a booking issue I experienced prior to arriving and ensured me that everything will run smoothly throughout the duration of my stay. It’s rare to come across someone so competent, attentive, and genuinely caring in customer service. Thank you Kim! Her support made a real difference in my overall experience at the BWI Hilton, and I can’t thank her enough. This level of service deserves to be recognized; Truly 5-star to both Kim and her colleagues.

The DoubleTree hotel is exceptionally clean and offers a wide variety of food options. It’s also conveniently located near the airport, making it a great choice for travelers. The hotel staff and management were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. However, I do want to share a word of caution regarding the hotel's outdoor parking. There are no security cameras in the exterior lot, and signs are posted stating that the hotel is not responsible for any damage or loss to personal belongings. Unfortunately, during our weekend stay, we returned on Sunday afternoon to find that the catalytic converter had been stolen from our vehicle. A police report was filed, but without video surveillance, it's difficult to identify those responsible. While our overall experience with the hotel itself was positive, I recommend guests take extra precautions when parking outside.

Was charged three times. Was told to call my bank. I shouldn’t have to do that. “We USUALLY have a sign that recommends you use credit cards”…just didn’t this week? Bought food from downstairs and no one instructed where to heat things up. Only one elevator in service for the entire hotel during our stay. All that’s here is the convenience of being close to the airport .
