Best place in the area hands down. Staff was helpful and attentive. Rooms were very clean. Security was in lobby all night and alert. With direct connection to the convention center it was very convenient. Staff was very knowledgeable about immediate area for food suggestions. In-house coffee shop was excellent! The food at in-house restaurant was overpriced as hotels often do but our meals were very tasty so it did not seem as bad as others in same way. Highly Recommend if going to Baltimore for a stay. Great location for all kinds of entertainment such as Fort McKinley or the National Aquarium!

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I was there on a business trip. My room was nice and clean. Everyone was friendly, helpful, polite, and kind. Gail at the Hilton's Starbucks provided me with a warm smile and a friendly and professional encounter. Gail has great customer service and a bubble personality! I will be back to visit again. Shy

A pretty terrible experience from start to finish. Dirty half drank Gatorade bottles in the fridge when we checked in. Parking was told to be $36 per night. We were charged $76 despite being assured we didn’t need to do anything special for the hotel rate. Charged another $10 after paying to exit even though we left within 5 minutes. Could be great but would not recommend to anyone. Responses from front desk were rude and condescending.
