Hilton Barcelona

Our stay at the Hilton in Barcelona was very enjoyable. First of all, the location is excellent – everything is close by, and there’s a large shopping center right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the entire hotel is beautifully designed in a modern and stylish way – it really makes a great impression. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfasts were a real highlight – fresh, tasty, and of high quality, with a wide variety of cheeses, cold cuts, and other dishes. One thing that really stood out was the pancake machine – a modern and fun gadget that makes fresh pancakes right in front of you. A nice touch that added to the overall breakfast experience. We were very satisfied with our stay and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed here twice this summer. I can’t compare it to other hotels in Spain, but in general this is a good quality European hotel. Some rooms have no coffee maker, just instant coffee and tea and the bottled water is €4 unless you are a Hilton Honors member. My bathroom was good, but there were some cosmetic defects that made it seem a little old and dated. I enjoyed the breakfast in the lobby—small compared to many other hotels of this brand, but good service and variety. There is construction going on outside that makes it noisy during the day.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was filled with a foul odor upon entering, making it extremely uncomfortable. Worst of all, the shower only had scalding hot water, which couldn't be adjusted. When I reported this to the staff, they simply brushed it off by saying, "This happens all the time," with no attempt to resolve the issue. The overall service attitude was cold and lacked basic professionalism and accountability. This is not what I expect from a hotel. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
