We arrived late and the room was ready for us with the requested extras. The breakfast was good but the best about it was the fresh juices and the lady/chef who makes the egg! She is so sweet and welcoming. The room service was great. They quickly cleaned. Also, they are so fast in bringing any request by phone. And of course, the view!!!!!! The best view and the balcony is a plus to feel the great weather. The only bad side is that the rooms above and next to ours have smokers and we can smell the smoking all day long. We are still staying at the same hotels for extra days.
Room was good, comfy beds. Room service wasn't so great, they come clean at 6-7pm but everything else was perfect. View of the room and hotel is wonderful and there's a bath which is pretty big and a shower Breakfast is amazing with lots of options for everyone and also care for vegan :)
The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. Unfortunately, the service and cleanliness did not meet expectations. I truly hope these aspects will be improved in the future, as the hotel has great potential
