I had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Beijing for a week and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. The food provided at both breakfast (Makan Kitchen) and in the executive lounge were absolutely top notch. All staff from reception to housekeeping to exec lounge to breakfast staff were extremely welcoming and hospitable throughout my stay. There are various amenities for your convenience such as pool with separate male and female sauna/steam rooms and a hair salon on the ground floor where I got a haircut! The hotel is slightly outside of the central area but given how populous Beijing is I enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Super convenient location for the airport too. I would definitely stay here again given the opportunity
During my stay at Hilton Beijing. I Had issue with my phone in the middle of the night. Went to the front desk. The staff Lisa and Rida and Brian is so nice and helpful to help to resolved my I phone issue for 45 mins. Thankfully is was resolve. Great stay!
Rooms are ok, but a bit worn. Temperature control non-responsive, so very hot room. Room cleaning very fine and friendly housekeeping staff - other staff a bit hit-or-miss in friendliness and competence.
