Outstanding hotel and staff! We were a large family group (17 of us) traveling to Beirut for the first time and wasn't sure what to expect. We were all very happy with our stay. The rooms were clean, the hotel was new, the staff was amazing and extremely accommodating from the moment we stepped in the door until the day we left (10 days later). The staff members were constantly looking out for our needs. They made our stay exceptional! Kudos to Rony and the breakfast staff!
I highly recommend this hotel. We had a great experience. Excellent management and staff. Clean spacious rooms. Breakfast buffet by far one of the best I’ve seen with a large variety and very delicious!! Location is ideal. I will definitely return. Did I say they had excellent customer service 😉
