Hilton Belfast

Great hotel. Saddest pizza I ever received in my life via their room service-seriously it reminded me of public school cafeteria pizza; it was atrocious and not at all delicious. Thankfully I was refunded after speaking to the front desk staff the next day, which renewed my faith in the location. Breakfast buffet has good offerings. Located right on the Lagan River, a short walk to St. George's Market and City Hall. My preferred hotel to stay at when visiting Belfast!

A well maintained and appointed building. I cannot fault the room in which I stayed, immaculately clean and neat with everything I needed. The restaurant provided a good choice of meals, including vegan and vegetarian, all of them prepared very well. The cherry on top of this excellent hotel is the staff. Whether in reception, restaurant or bar the staff were professional, smartly turned out, friendly and very helpful. My stay at the Belfast Hilton was a very good experience. Thank you Belfast Hilton.

The location of the hotel is excellent — very close to the town centre and easily accessible to all nearby attractions. The famous George Market is just a 5-minute walk away, which was a big plus. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-kept, and nicely maintained. The staff were also quite cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. However, the one thing that disappointed me was the view from my room. I had specifically booked a river-view room, but instead, I was given a room overlooking the roof of the nearby museum. When I raised this with the reception, I was told there were no river-view rooms available at the time. This was a bit of a letdown. Other than that, it was a pleasant and happy stay overall.
