Wow what a hotel!!! The purpose of the stay was a business visit and a short trip. The hotel is simply excellent - excellent location, very high-quality food (breakfast), excellent service, very spacious rooms and equipped to a high standard. We lacked nothing. Excellent service - everything we needed came to us immediately. I would like to positively mention the receptionist Ella, who helped us with everything we needed. Highly recommended! Decent value for the price.
We stayed at this hotel for our first 4 days in Colombia. The hotel is very modern with contemporary rooms that include all imaginable comforts. This hotel has outstanding staff, everyone was really friendly and going above and beyond to meet all our needs. A special shoutout to the amazing staff taking care of the executive lounge!
Been to a few Hilton. Service at the hotel is world class. Staff is very friendly. Security is very present but not more than eveywhere in the city. The rooms are great and everything required is there. The breakfast is good but not as great as other Hilton such as a Quebec, Opera (Paris) or Frankfurt but nevertheless it s good
