Hilton Bogota Corferias

The customer service is exceptional. I usually stay at Hilton Honors hotels and I now understand why this one is so expensive, it's because they do a very good job at serving you. The location seems a little out of place but if you plan to use taxis to go to sites. The location of the hotel doesn't matter. Sounds from the surrounding room enter your room easily.

Great Hotel friendly staff great service. Hotel has nice view,nice gym nice pool , Rooms were very clean restaurant food was great dj was good very nice atmosphere. The snack room was great Johan Juan made us feel like home 🏡 very nice he makes coffee and was checking on us very well the snacks taste really good and the coffee to. Thank you I had great time

My first time in Hilton, expected way more, jacuzzi not working, they closed bar and amenities early, but what really got me mad was the fact that I was with the Miss Universe crew for over 1 hour and when I went into the room with them, they called the room to tell me that because of security I needed to identify myself, that made me feel like if I was a thief or something else... I even had a room of my own. The staff service was great, but I think they made a terrible mistake by not knowing their guests.
