Rooms a little bit on the small side, but adequate for a business trip. Gym is large and well equipped, but you'll pay an additional resort fee for the privilege of using it. Location is excellent, very walkable with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Front desk staff and housekeeping are all very efficient and polite. Starbucks adjoining the lobby, which is convenient. Overall a decent stay, notwithstanding the errant fire alarm that went off during the middle of the night.

I was surprised to see this hotel rated as 4 stars. It's a solid 3 at best. I expected a bit more in terms of comfort and service. On the bright side, the location is excellent—plenty of shops and great restaurants within walking distance. The lobby looks upscale and the front desk staff were friendly, which made a good first impression. Unfortunately, the room didn’t hold up. My sheets were not clean upon arrival, and it took multiple calls to the front desk before I got fresh ones. Even then, the person who delivered them didn’t offer to change them or take the dirty linens, which felt disappointing. The bathroom was extremely cramped—barely enough space to sit comfortably. For taller guests especially, the layout is awkward and uncomfortable. A standing shower would’ve been a better choice, and the bathroom overall could use a remodel. The view was of a brick building across the way—nothing special. Despite being a deep sleeper, I was woken in the middle of the night by noise from the room upstairs. The walls are very thin. This isn’t the Four Seasons, and I wasn’t expecting luxury—but clean linens and a quiet night should be the bare minimum, especially from a Hilton property.

My shower is so small that it’s impossible to get clean. Just standing in there, my shoulders are touching both the wall and the shower curtain at the same time. It’s disappointing for a 4 night stay. I feel like I won’t be able to shower properly my entire trip. I expected more for the price and I’m honestly surprised they’re allowed to rent out a room with this tiny of a shower. I’m a normal sized adult. My room has no fridge at all. The room itself is so small there’s barely room to put my suitcase down. Overall I definitely wouldn’t recommend although the location is nice. Update: upon reading my review (within hours), they called me to offer a room move to a room with a more usable shower around 12-1pm the next day. It’s now 3pm, and the room is still not available. I’ve been waiting around for 2 hours, and they can’t give me any info about when the room will be ready. I try to be understanding, but the shower is insane and the operations are so bad it’s interfering with my trip. Would definitely never stay here again.
