The service was outstanding !! Truly generous and thoughtful from start to finish. The pastries were of excellent quality, and the sandwiches were fresh and absolutely delicious. I especially appreciated the fact that everything was meat-free, so we could enjoy every bite without worry. Fathi was exceptionally kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The relaxed atmosphere, enhanced by the live pianist, added a beautiful touch to a perfect afternoon. Highly recommended! We will comeback for sure ! 🥰

We really enjoyed our stay. It was centrally located to the main attraction. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The manager, I think her name was Fathy, took the time to engage with us at the bar to know a little bit about us. The drinks were made well.(Davie I think ) She also spoke when we returned from outing and gave us recommendations. The room was clean and well stocked. The breakfast had a variety of options and the staff were friendly as well.

The hotel location is the best reason to stay here. Service was below average. We booked two rooms. One of them had a missing light bulb. I called downstairs about it. They said someone would be by to fix it. We were there four days. No one ever came by. Rooms were cleaned well but extra towels were never given. The lobby coffee machine had a limited time that the machine could be used. We went to grab coffee in the morning, and the machine was out of order. I think because the location of the hotel is so ideal, the hotel maintenance is not a priority.
