We had a pleasant stay overall. Housekeeping was excellent and the reception staff were professional and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable. However, the restaurant service felt a bit inattentive, and as first-time visitors to Egypt, we found the concierge service lacking — especially when trying to book a taxi. With just a bit more attention to guest support, this could easily be a 5-star experience.
I stayed at the hotel for just one night and had a great experience. The location is excellent with a beautiful view of the Nile. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Food quality was good, and the cost per night was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Would definitely consider coming back!
I stayed at the hotel from July 25 to 29, 2025. It was a fantastic experience. The rooms were good, although a bit old. The location and staff were incredible. Breakfast was very delicious and offered a great variety.
