Hilton Cairo Heliopolis Hotel

The hotel was absolutely amazing — very clean, modern, and in a perfect location. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and everything was well-organized. I also had the pleasure of getting a massage from [Ni Ketut], and it was truly exceptional. She is professional, friendly, and highly skilled. She made me feel completely at ease, and the massage left me feeling refreshed and stress-free.

My second time to stay at Waldorf Heliopolis. I had a wonderful stay last March and came back. The place is spotless and feels fresh everywhere you go—from the lobby to the rooms. The food is absolutely delicious, with a great variety and quality that exceeded my expectations. I ordered room service, which was great. Breakfast is amazing. What really stood out, though, was the staff—everyone was extremely professional, kind, and always ready to help. Thank you Abeer for your wonderful service.
