We had an excellent family vacation in Egypt, largely thanks to this hotel! Their joyous approach to hospitality, precise cleanliness, and comfortable ambiance all very much contributed to our wonderful time. From their breakfast buffet that fueled days of sightseeing to the pool to cool off after seeing Cairo in July, it was perfect. As a new Hilton location, they've very much gone above & beyond in ensuring we all had a lovely stay. Highly recommend, especially to those visiting Egypt for the first time!
I recently stayed at the Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The locatinone is right next to the Nile River, offering beautiful views and a calm atmosphere. It’s in a quiet part of Cairo, but still close enough to reach important areas easily. The rooms were large, very clean, and well-furnished. I appreciated the comfortable bed, the quiet environment, and the modern design. Everything in the room worked well, and I liked having enough space to relax after a long day. The room service was very good — fast, friendly, and helpful every time I called. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options, both local and international, and the food was fresh. The hotel lobby is elegant and gives a good first impression. Staff at the reception and throughout the hotel were welcoming and professional. Overall, this is a high-quality hotel that provides good service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great location by the Nile. It may be a bit more expensive than some other places, but the comfort and peaceful atmosphere make it worth it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Arrived at night and wanted to check in after front desk confirmation of room’s availability,, at the front desk met with the worst customer service ever who has extreme rude manner with zero level of guests service and personalised things to the extent of trying to delay our check in to our rooms more than one hour although he confirmed rooms are ready . Without interference of Night manager Mr Basel İbrahim who was very cooperative and kind enough to resolve the issue , our stay in the hotel could have been cancelled from outside and found other hotel options . But the hotel is clean and nice
