Hilton Cairo Zamalek Residences

We loved our stay here. We booked a one bedroom suite with Nile views and got upgraded to a two bedroom suite. It was huge and the views were amazing! The breakfast buffet is excellent and the service is great. They regularly checked in to make sure we were happy. The rooms are a bit dated, but this didn’t bother us as everything was clean and in working condition. The location felt safe and was in a slightly quieter, less busy area of Cairo, which was nice. Highly recommend!

I have never experienced more friendly, warm, helpful, or generous service at a hotel than I did at this one. Everyone was so nice to me and my kiddos. The staff at breakfast, in particular, were sooo lovely. On our last breakfast at the hotel, they gifted us a beautiful dessert and all came to say goodbye. Thank you to each of them 🤍

I cant find words to describe this amazing experience staying in this hotel for 4 nights!!! I wish only I had many more days to spend enjoying the hospitality of Hilton Cairo Zamalek. Waking up and facing the Nile from your bed, is an unforgettable experience!!! Hussna and Mohamed were the best reception desk!!! Their kind attention to all of us, their politeness will be forever in my heart!!! As this trip was a present to my daughters birthday, they even upgraded us with a larger appartment facing the Nile!!! Special thanks to mrs Dina, sending a big love from all of us!!! This hotel is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have travelled a lot so far!!!
